Registration is handled through the Combustion Institute Account Management System using the following link.  Regular and student registration includes admission to all technical sessions, the Sunday welcome reception, the Wednesday excursion, the Friday farewell reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and a delegate conference kit. All attendees, including presenters, must register for the conference.  One-day Registration includes admission to all technical sessions for the day  of registration, along with morning and afternoon coffee breaks for that day.

* Early registration opens on May 18 and ends on June 18.  Standard registration opens on June 19 and ends on July 24.  Onsite registration opens on July 30 and ends on August 4.
** Banquet tickets will not be available after the first day of onsite registration.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@icders2017.com

  • Cancellation requests received on or before Saturday, July 1, 2017 will be fully refunded, minus a processing fee of $20.00.
  • No refunds will be processed after Sunday, July 1, 2017.
  • Registration can be transferred to a different attendee at no additional cost, provided notification is sent to info@icders2017.com prior to the start date of the colloquium.
